1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cvl666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided through the cvl666 platform at cvl666.app, you confirm that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cvl666 platform and close your account if one has already been opened. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cvl666. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cvl666 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the conditions below at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cvl666 does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or receive any payment from the platform under any circumstances.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to use the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of cvl666 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

Age Verification Process

cvl666 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the player relationship — including at registration, at the first withdrawal request, upon any suspicious account activity, or at random as part of ongoing compliance procedures. Acceptable verification documents for Bangladesh players include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence
• Birth Certificate (in conjunction with one of the above)

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. cvl666 accepts no liability for underage gambling where the player has provided false information during registration.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on cvl666, including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.

Registration Requirements

• Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account at cvl666. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address, must be accurate and must match the identity documents you will be required to produce during KYC verification.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or borrowed identity information. Impersonation of any other individual is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cvl666 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cvl666 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. KYC verification is triggered at the first withdrawal request and may be requested at any subsequent point at the discretion of the cvl666 compliance team.

During KYC verification, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or NID address page dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your name).

Withdrawals will be held pending the successful completion of KYC verification. cvl666 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that results from a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner. KYC documents submitted to cvl666 are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cvl666 account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cvl666 immediately at [email protected]. cvl666 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cvl666 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvl666 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT-denominated transactions processed through supported payment methods.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• The minimum deposit via Bangladeshi bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) is ৳1,000.
• The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳1,000.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cvl666 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
• cvl666 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment methods.
• cvl666 reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits on any account at any time, including as part of responsible gaming interventions or fraud prevention measures.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within two (2) hours during normal operating windows (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account (the "matching method" rule). This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard and cannot be waived.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed successfully.
• cvl666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding stated thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance derived from completed wagering is eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cvl666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer at the time of issue. The following general rules apply to all cvl666 bonus offers unless a specific offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. cvl666 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each offer, which may include account age, deposit history, geographic location, or player segment.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"). The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual offer terms.
• cvl666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that bonus.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, or any form of bonus farming — will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts closed.

Seasonal Promotions

cvl666 publishes seasonal promotions in line with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions have their own individual terms and validity periods, which are communicated at the time of publication. Seasonal promotions are not automatically applicable to all accounts and may require a specific opt-in action.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided by the relevant sporting authority will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. cvl666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a pricing feed malfunction or human error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cvl666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action.

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after completing deposits on cvl666 is considered theft and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the chargeback amount pursued through legal channels.
• Money Laundering: Using the cvl666 platform to launder funds — including depositing funds with no intention of wagering for entertainment purposes, or cycling funds through the platform to obscure their origin — is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cvl666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Duplicate account creation
• Attempted or confirmed exploitation of technical vulnerabilities or bonus abuse
• Receipt of a successful chargeback instruction from a payment provider
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of the account

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your cvl666 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the extent permitted by our payment procedures. Any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your designated payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cvl666 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after a 30-day written notice period. 9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cvl666 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any cvl666 content without explicit written permission
• Use the cvl666 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without authorisation
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the cvl666 platform software
• Create derivative works based on any cvl666 content
• Frame or mirror any part of the cvl666 platform on any other website or application

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by cvl666 under licence. cvl666 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvl666 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server error, or network interruption

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance

cvl666's total aggregate liability to any individual player — across all claims and causes of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit cvl666's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The cvl666 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cvl666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information published on the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

cvl666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players at no cost and without any mandatory waiting period.

Available Tools

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions. The severance of any individual provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cvl666 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.
